This policy explains what information 3hourbdweek.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is operated by Bartlett Strategies in Fort Worth, Texas. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.
The short version. We collect your name and email if you give them to us, plus basic analytics about site visits. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, so we never see your card number. We use a LinkedIn advertising tag on this site. We do not sell your personal information, and we never will.
Purchases are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems or visible to us. We receive only the fact of a completed purchase, your name, your email, and where relevant your shipping address.
This site uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a small piece of code that records visits so we can measure how our advertising performs and show relevant ads to people who have visited the site. It may set cookies in your browser and collect your IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you viewed.
You can opt out of LinkedIn advertising and tracking in your LinkedIn advertising settings, whether or not you have a LinkedIn account. LinkedIn's own privacy policy is here. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
Our email is sent through MailerLite, which stores your name, email address, and engagement data such as whether a message was opened. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. Buyers receive messages about the product they bought regardless of marketing preferences, because those are service messages.
We share information only with the service providers that make the business run: Stripe for payments, MailerLite for email, LinkedIn for advertising measurement, and Netlify for hosting. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the LinkedIn tag described above.
Email subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Buyer records are kept as long as needed to support the purchase and to meet tax and accounting requirements, typically seven years.

The site is served over HTTPS and payment data never touches our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do not collect more than we need, which is the most effective protection there is.
This is a business product and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We operate in the United States and any information you give us is processed there. If you are visiting from elsewhere, be aware that United States privacy law may differ from the law where you live.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be communicated to email subscribers.
