These terms govern your use of 3hourbdweek.com and the materials sold through it. The Three-Hour BD Week™ is a product of Bartlett Strategies, based in Fort Worth, Texas. By using this site or buying the system, you agree to what follows.
The Three-Hour BD Week is a business development method and a set of accompanying materials: written guides, worksheets, cards, spreadsheets, and web-based tools. Depending on the level you buy, it may also include live sessions with Ashley Bartlett.
You are buying a license to use these materials, not ownership of them.
When you buy the system, you get a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials inside your own business, including with your own employees and internal team.
You may print the materials for your own use, adapt the worksheets and trackers to fit how your firm works, and share them internally with people who work for you.
You may not resell, sublicense, republish, or redistribute the materials; share your access with people outside your business; use them to deliver paid training, coaching, or consulting to third parties; or build a competing product from them.
If you want to use the system with clients or across an organization you do not own, that is a licensing arrangement. Email us and we will talk about it properly.
All content on this site and in the system, including text, structure, worksheets, designs, and the underlying method, is owned by Bartlett Strategies and protected by copyright. The Three-Hour BD Week is a system for doing business development consistently. It does not promise revenue, clients, meetings, or any particular outcome. Results depend on your market, your offer, your relationships, and above all on whether you actually run the system. Nothing on this site, in the materials, or in any live session should be read as a prediction or a promise of financial results.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
The BD Resource Rolodex and other materials link to third-party businesses and tools. These are not paid placements and they are not endorsements of anything beyond a personal recommendation. We are not responsible for what those businesses do, what they charge, or how they handle your information. Your dealings with them are your own.
The system is revised over time. Buyers receive updated files as they are released, at no additional cost, for as long as the product is maintained. We may add, change, or retire individual materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bartlett Strategies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunity, arising from your use of this site or the system. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, in particular the license restrictions in section 2. Sections 3, 4, and 8 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you agree to that venue.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
