What you are buying, how it reaches you, and what happens if something goes wrong. Please read this before you buy, because the refund position is stated plainly and it is not the usual one.
All prices are in United States dollars and do not include any sales tax that may apply.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Placing an order authorizes the charge shown at checkout.
Promotion codes apply only to the item they name, only while the offer is open, and only up to the stated number of redemptions. Codes cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.
FREEKIT, the founding launch code, is two steps. First add the printed Implementation Kit to your order at checkout. Then apply the code FREEKIT. The code discounts the Kit to zero, so it cannot do anything unless the Kit is already in the order.
If you complete a purchase and realize you missed a step, email ashley@bartlettstrategies.com and the $89 will be refunded the same day. No argument, no form.
Access is immediate. After payment you are taken straight to your access page, and a confirmation email follows with the same link. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then email us. You will not be left without what you paid for.
Printed kits are assembled and shipped from Fort Worth, Texas to addresses in the United States. You will receive a note when yours is on its way. Please check your shipping address at checkout, since we cannot redirect a kit once it has shipped.
All sales are final. The digital materials are delivered in full and immediately on purchase, so they cannot be returned in any meaningful sense, and we do not offer refunds on them.
We would rather be direct about that than advertise a guarantee we do not intend to honour. What we offer instead is support, described next.
If you run the system and it does not move, we will work on it with you.
Complete at least 10 of your first 12 Weekly Rhythm Cards, along with the minimum weekly activity the Method describes. If after 90 days the leading indicators you selected have not moved, you are entitled to a complimentary one-hour strategy session with Ashley Bartlett to work out why and what to change.
Request it within 14 days of the end of that 90-day period, by email, with your completed Weekly Rhythm Cards. This is a promise of help, not a refund.
If your kit arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, tell us within 30 days of the ship date and we will replace it at no cost.
Where a purchase includes live sessions, those sessions are scheduled with you and are subject to reasonable availability. Sessions you book and do not attend, without notice, are treated as delivered.
Cohort programs and challenges run on published dates. Enrollment closes when stated, and places cannot be transferred to a later cohort or to another person.
The BD Power Hour is not yet available. When it opens it will be billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Part-months are not refunded.
If something has gone wrong with an order, email ashley@bartlettstrategies.com first. Almost everything is a fixable mistake, and it will be fixed faster by asking than by filing a chargeback.
Prices and offers may change. The price you were shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Time-limited offers end on the dates stated on the site.
